File Sharing
Service Overview
A share folder in Drive: N enables users storing and sharing documents files among group of users. Staff may contact ICTO Help Desk to create a department share folder.
Getting started
Locations
Drive: N in all Windows computers under ICTO management
Quota
- On request for department share
- 125MB for Students (by default)
Important Notice
At the end of June each year, ICTO will remove all files from folder N:ShareFolderStudent. Please remember to backup your data beforehand.
