IT Service Management System Upgrade


ICTO has established an IT Service Management System in 2016 to manage our IT services based on ITIL best practices.  The system provides a self-service platform for staff to view the service catalog, submit service request or report incident, manage and track request status, approve or reject service request etc.  ICTO is going to upgrade the system to provide a new user interface and compatible on mobile devices for better user experience.
