Follow-You Student Printing

Follow-You Student Printing allows users to store the printout in a print server. It will print only when users authenticate with UM campus card (or on the control panel login manually by key in your User ID and password) at a Follow-You printer of your choice. With Follow-You Student Printing, users can print private information safely, avoid wasting paper, resources and money from documents left unclaimed. Users don’t need to waste time on the occupied printer at which the document is printed.

The print queue(s) of Follow-You Student Printing has been configured well in all ICTO computer room’s computers, fast access computers and notebook computers for loan.

In order to prevent misuse of printing service, a fee-based control system has been implemented. Once a user uses up his/her quota, the user cannot use the printing and copying service, and needs to pay for extra increments of quota.

All students are able to access with their UMPASS and campus card.

The devices in locations other than E6 are managed by their respective departments. The service availability and support time may differ from ICTO.
