ICTO currently provide VooV Meeting / Tencent Meeting and Microsoft Teams to UM users. These platforms support a wide range of activities, including online teaching, meetings, learning activities, and recordings. To help users better understand how to use these services effectively, ICTO has organized “Briefing on Web Conferencing Service” on 10 September 2025.
In the briefing, we introduced about VooV/Tencent Meeting and Microsoft Teams, account types, schedule meeting, join meeting, features overview, screen sharing, recording, etc. This helped enhance understanding how to use VooV/Tencent Meeting and Microsoft Teams.
