Staff Email Service

Staff Email is a stable and secure email platform based on Microsoft Exchange solution. In addition to the email function It also provides the collaborative functions such as task and calendar. Staff can access the service by using MS Outlook, Outlook Web App (OWA) and MS Exchange ActiveSync on mobile device (e.g. Android devices, Apple devices and Windows phone, etc.).

Apply

Staff is no need to apply.

Using Outlook

• On Office Computer

1. [Start] > [All programs] > [Microsoft Office 2013 / 2016] > [Outlook 2013 / 2016]
2. You can use Outlook as usual.

• On Your Own Computer or Mobile Device

Please go to https://webmail.um.edu.mo and then select “Outlook Mail”
