Some briefing sessions were organised to welcome new students and introduce the IT facilities and services of ICTO.

Course Outline:

  1. Introduction to ICTO facilities
  2. Introduction to ICTO services
  3. Use of UMPASS Account
  4. IT Security Awareness
  5. Demonstration on using UM Moodle
  6. Demonstration on using e-portfolio
  7. Demonstration on setup wireless and wired LAN

 

        

WebCMS Training Course

HRS and ICTO coordinated to hold 4 training sessions of WebCMS for UM staff members in March, 2017 and there are totally 100 staff members attended. In the training sessions, we demonstrated the most common operations and elements of WebCMS, and offered hands-on exercises on a demonstration website for colleagues.
