Para que os colegas conheçam mais sobre os recursos intermediários e avançados do Microsoft Office 2019, o ICTO organizou cursos de treinamento em junho de 2023. Os cursos foram realizados nas salas de informática do ICTO e ministrados pelo instrutor indicado pelo CPTTM. Os recursos intermediários e avançados do Excel ajudam os colegas a se tornarem mais produtivos e eficientes no trabalho diário.
In order to promote the use of High Performance Computing Cluster (HPCC), and share user experience, “HPCC Coral User Forum 2023” organized by ICTO, was held on 19 April 2023. Invited speakers: Prof. Wang San Ming, Prof. Yan Ru, and Prof. Wong Fai, shared their successful research stories and experiences using HPCC. ICTO also introduced new resources and services in HPCC Coral that can support research and academic work.
The workshop focused on the topic of ” Multi-media compression & Advanced Tips for using e-bulletin board” which included two main parts. Firstly, participants learned the skills of publishing multimedia content on websites, including the basics of compressing videos without sacrificing quality to achieve faster loading times and better user experiences. Secondly, the workshop conducted on the advanced features and interface functions of the newly launched electronic bulletin board, not only provides a way to make attractive bulletins but also improves productivity and simplifies the workflows.
Em 30 de novembro de 2022, o ACTS do ICTO organizou duas seções do Workshop “Introdução ao novo lançamento do sistema de e-bulletin em 2023”. Representantes da ACTS apresentaram as funcionalidades do novo sistema e realizaram a demonstração. Um total de 100 colegas participaram do workshop.
