Mission
Information and Communication Technology Office (ICTO) strives to grow with the University and supports the University’s mission by constantly exploring, planning and deploying appropriate information and communication technologies (ICT) to enhance teaching, learning, research, and administrations.
Strategies
- Developing appropriate ICT services in accordance with the development direction of the University and through understanding the needs from units, staff and students by various communication channels;
- Providing stable, reliable and secure ICT resources and services for teaching, learning, research and administration;
- Raising awareness and literacy of ICT and information security among UM staff and students as well as making good use of ICT resources and services;
- Nurturing ICTO staff with the latest ICT trends and standards to support the development of the University.
Our teams
Information and Communication Technology Office (ICTO) consists of three sections and one virtual team, whose offices located in Administration Building and Central Teaching Building.
