User Satisfaction Survey on ICTO Services
Overview
ICTO will conduct the user satisfaction survey in every academic year to assess the satisfaction level of campus-wide users on overall information and communication technology services. In response to the survey result, we will study and plan for continuous improvement, and hence to provide better services.
