For new UM members, we introduced an overview of ICTO computer rooms and demonstrated the use of audio-visual equipment, virtual computer room environments, Mplus (Teaching Assistant Tool), and the process for conducting exams in ICTO computer rooms.
In the “Advanced Tips and Tricks of Using Outlook “workshop, colleagues had hands-on experience in common Outlook skills and explored how to efficiently search for emails, create customized search folders, set up email rules, categorize emails, send meeting invitations, conduct mail-based voting, and more.
ICTO assisted APNIC (the Asia Pacific Network Information Centre) in organizing two days of network training courses for the Macau Community. This training event aimed to help students and IT staff adapt to understand network security and the internet ecosystem.

In order to promote the use of High Performance Computing Cluster (HPCC), and share user experience, “HPCC Coral User Forum 2023” organized by ICTO, was held on 19 April 2023. Invited speakers: Prof. Wang San Ming, Prof. Yan Ru, and Prof. Wong Fai, shared their successful research stories and experiences using HPCC. ICTO also introduced new resources and services in HPCC Coral that can support research and academic work.
