Multi-media compression & Advanced Tips for using e-bulletin board

The workshop focused on the topic of ” Multi-media compression & Advanced Tips for using e-bulletin board” which included two main parts. Firstly, participants learned the skills of publishing multimedia content on websites, including the basics of compressing videos without sacrificing quality to achieve faster loading times and better user experiences. Secondly, the workshop conducted on the advanced features and interface functions of the newly launched electronic bulletin board, not only provides a way to make attractive bulletins but also improves productivity and simplifies the workflows.

On 30 November 2022, the ACTS of ICTO organized two sections of the Workshop “Introduction to the new e-bulletin system release in 2023”. Representatives from the ACTS introduced the features of new system and performed the demonstration. A total of 100 colleagues attended the workshop.
